I conducted my purchase via phone and email. The buyers... I conducted my purchase via phone and email. The buyers order given to me prior to making the trip to the dealer was exactly what I paid. I flew from Tampa to Atlanta to pick up the Ram truck. Everything was smooth and honestly it was the fastest I have ever completed paperwork. I would get my next vehicle from Palmer Ram. Jim Miller did a great job. I do not see him on the “Rate People You Worked With” section. I would give him 5 stars as well. Thank you!!!

Easiest and FASTEST buying process I have experienced The Team at Palmer were prepared and professional. Sales & Finance worked together extremely well and a few quick advance calls to chat through details allowed for a speedy transaction. We executed the purchase, including my trade-in, in 30 minutes flat. By far the most pleasant and speedy purchasing experience I have ever encountered.

No Pressure to Buy! Austin, the new austin is how he referred himself :), was so nice when we came in to test drive the Dodge Durango I ended up getting. He explained I needed a cosigner since I hadn't had a loan before.
