Always great to work with Roberto I do have 2 issues: 1- For the second or third time there was a problem with my lifetime warranty. This needs to be straightened out. It creates undue stress on me and Roberto. 2- Do to the stress involved, I mistakenly left my GPS in the rental vehicle on Saturday. My mind was on the potential of a confrontation with Roberto (he is pro - so he handled it as such) and when I left the vehicle I grabbed only a bag that had my garage door opener and other small items. Professional and accommodating. Dealership was always courteous and Nice to deal with. Kurt my salesman kept me informed of my custom order each step of the way. During this Corona virus I did not want to sit in an office to sign papers so he graciously agreed to my request and had all my papers ready for me to sign outside on the tailgate of my new Ram 1500 limited.
