Chelsie is a great model of excellent delivering a superior customer service experience, consistently. My service order was proficient and timely. My only opportunity feedback is that the service waiting area could be a bit cleaner. The seats were dusty and appeared to not have been wiped down in a minute.

Great Experience I had to get a running light changed and oil checked. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The service advisor Chelsie greeted me quickly and a smile on her face. I asked to have a running light replaced . Also, I had a previous issue a month ago with low oil and the service department checked it then, but it appeared a little low on this visit. Chelsie suggest we put it on the rack and check it. Since there was no visible leaks at my home, she checked the air filter to see if the PCV needed changing and it did. ... read more
