5 Star Service! I was just in for an oil change and repair service to my Chrysler Town & Country van. I showed up un-announced and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They took me in, with no hassle I might add, and even gave me a shuttle ride home! Stefan Forsyth and his team at Palmer DCJ took great care of me. Thank you!!
Great Service Michael Gebhardt provided great service. They walked me through the whole process and explained each step along the way. They also had a great knowledge about their vehicles and didn't push me to something I wasn't looking for.
Worked with Michelle Guess, couldn't be happier. I found a car online at Palmer and emailed on it. Michelle answered me back quickly and answered all my questions promptly and accurately. I came in for a test drive and couldn't have been more pleased with her knowledge and ability to listen. We made a deal that day and I was out of there within an hour. New Car Lease I recently leased a new Grand Cherokee. DJ Wilks was a pleasure to deal with--no games in making the deal. He is very professional. He was extremely helpful in having an accessory delivered to my house & dealing with my vehicle registration.

Amazing Expereince I had tried several dealers before coming acorss this one. I knew the exact car I was looking for; The dealers before tried getting me in different cars and the process was really long. All it took was one phone call and the next day I was in my new car. I love it! The service is amazing!!
Great Experience! I typically hate going to dealers since they always pressure you into buying something out of price range. I set up a time w/ Mrs. Guess and due to my sitter being late ended up not making it until close. Michealle stayed late to show us a used car that was at the lower price range for their lot (she was even sick!). Be sure to ask for Mike Gebhardt!! I originally went in to see a vehicle on the pre-owned lot, that I found through the online inventory search. VERY long story cut short; I negotiated an affordable agreement on it, but my husband hated it!
