No one to greet and help you until you go inside. Once inside, small area and unclear who to talk to. Processes and all areas need updating.

They got the work finished up in the 1-3 day timeframe, They got the work finished up in the 1-3 day timeframe, but my truck sat for 2 days before they looked at it… and that was with an appt. Communication was pretty bad as well… no communication for 2 days. I wish I could’ve been driving the truck around and just brought it in the day they actually did the work (hence, the reason for an appt).
