Easy online scheduling of appointments. They took our vehicle promptly and gave us an accurate estimate and completion date was as promised. Luis, our service advisor, is very knowledgeable and respectful and kept us informed on the vehicles progress.

After some difficulties on the phone (3 calls) determining if they could do the work (tires, lift, etc) found them responsive, knowledgeable, and did great work.

Because of geographic proximity, I have been bringing my vehicles to Palmer for service for several years. They are hit or miss on satisfaction. My last repair experience was marginal. After waiting over a week for parts to come in, I had to call them to check on their status. I was then told I had to wait two weeks as the only guy who could do the work would be on vacation.
