Purchasing a New Tucson I went to Pearson to test drive a Tucson SE Plus. I was greeted warmly upon entering the building and was introduced to Howard. His customer service was excellent. He quickly located the two vehicles of interest (I had printed vehicle stickers from online inventory) and we did a test drive. Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff Howard, Sales Associate, took my call when I phoned the dealer about a used car. After an initial test drive, I noticed the air conditioning unit made an unusual noise and I told Howard I was interested in the vehicle IF the AC was fixed. In contrast to other experiences where a salesperson promises to fix a problem if I make at least a verbal commitment to buy the car, Howard convinced his boss to have the service department look at the AC unit in order to win my business. Love my Elantra! Mike Leland is awesome! When I arrived at Pearson, he had already picked out the car for me to test drive. He did show me a couple of others, but I went back to the original choice. It has all the features that I was looking for and they worked with me so that the price was within my budget. Mike paired my phone, showed me how to use the navigation system and even added my Sirius channels. My car buying experience at Pearson was great. Everyone was friendly and professional.
