Excellent Service The service on trading in my car was made easily without the stress and hassle. My sale person knew exactly what he was talking about and met my expectation on trading in my vehicle.
Best First Car Experience Joe Conte is more than just a standard salesman trying to get commission. He was full of personality, knowledge, and dedication. I could not have had a better experience if it wasn't for him and his amazing staff including Angela Willoughby who was the finance manager that conducted the sale. I felt right at home walking into this dealership and left still feeling on top of the world. I would highly recommend Mr. Conte and Mrs. Willoughby for all car needs.
Good Experience Salesman...Paul was great. He did not get on my nerves at all...an amazing ability for a salesperson. He did not take up too much of my time, and sensed when I wanted him to get straight to the point...and he did.
New Car I am very happy with my car; however, the salesperson I dealt with was a bit condescending. He wrongly accused me, multiple times, of being early to our scheduled appointment. I also feel that he mislead me regarding the maintenance schedule for the new car. Finally, he and his boss urged me not to submit this survey unless I could provide a perfect score for them and their dealership.
Good honest service , I would recommend this dealership in the future to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. I love my new Hyundai Sonata sport
new car I had a couple issues. 1) my salesman contacted me via text message instead of a phone call.I thought that was unprofessional. 2)There was a scratch on the vehicle when I came to pick it up.It was repaired,but didn't get it for 4 days later, with no compensation. Not really expecting much, but I just spent 30K.
My experience was great I'm enjoying my new car. I wish your company would offer car washes for the first 30 days. I brought my car in the rain..
Excellent! Very helpful and friendly employee. Alot of people help us. They are working so hard to help me out with my satisfacfion and they are trying to figure out what why that they can help me and they trying hard that i can take car home asap. I was happy what i have.
