Hands down the best sales experience I have ever received!!! Ali greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. Eric & Scott were friendly, quick and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to find the Jeep I had dreamed of. They definitely gained a customer for life (well worth the hour trip from Grosse Pointe).
Had a great expeirence this week with service. I bought my Jeep Cherokee from them, new in 2015. I had some repair work done after an accident, at another dealership that was recommended by my insurance company exactly 1 year ago. I wont name the dealership, but it was another local dealership in Howell. I was having multiple problems resulting from improper repairs done from that said dealership and decided to take my jeep back to Pinckney chrysler where i should have taken it in the first place, and boy was i so glad i did... read more
Dan and his team couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable or accommodating. They absolutely went above and beyond to repair my grandmother's car and got her back out on the road and at 92, she's got places to go. Thank you so much for all of your efforts!!!

*****update My tire has been replaced and I have been compensated for all of my previous issues ... thank you Pinckney dodge for taking care of these problems! I have reflected this in my rating... I have never had so many problems with a service center than I have this one. On four separate occasions (the only four problems I have come to them for service) I have been sent home claiming that my problems were fixed in my 2014 Dodge Caravan. But in fact my AC/Heat had never been fixed they didn't even open up my vents to... read more
