They charged up my battery and that was helpful. I'm still experiencing all of the problem I went in with, but the problems couldn't be duplicated at the center. I'm not documenting even with video so I can hopefully get back to feeling safe when driving my jeep on the freeway. Had to get my transmission fluid Service somewhere else and said $500. Going to the dealer for a battery switch and flush is just too expensive these days. Thank God for mom and pop garages. Everyone was nice there.

I was a walk in that day and they helped me right away, everyone was very helpful. I am very satisfied with the service.
Our advisor, Debbie, was very helpful during our oil change visit. She worked with us on a misunderstanding with a package that I purchased and made the visit pleasant. My wife took my car in to get an oil change before a cross country trip for the car. Debbie did a great job explaining everything to her and was professional. We would definitely be coming back if we weren't moving back to Michigan.
I had bought a lot vehicles at puente hills, this last time I was expecting better interest rate, lower down pmt.
