My experience was a good one. I had more patience this time but yet frustrated due to the reason I had brought my car in 3 weeks prior.
They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure the recall as well as my regular service was taken care of
She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. When the mechanhcal tech was done, Ariel informed me of the required parts, total replacement costs and approximate time for repairs. She also verified whether or not the items were under warranty.She also made sure the proper replacement parts were placed on order.
