Very accommodating to my needs when I broke down on travel (200 miles from home). Scheduled service appointment online, towed the truck to dealer and used after hours drop box, did everything over the phone and web. They put keys and receipt on floorboards of truck so I could pick it up on a Sunday afternoon. Ver accomodating.
That team at rainbow did an amazing job. I was chilling and waiting on my car. They kept are some wonderful people in Rainbow

I will start by commending your parts department for going above and beyond for finding and obtaining the parts needed. My car had been towed to your location that morning. The service department check-in was a different story. I explained what service i needed for my vehicle. I was advised that this dealership did not normally work on cars 2005 or earlier.
