Got my oil changed here on yesterday and it was fast and efficient…They let me know things I needed recommendations on and was very transparent….Thanks to the wonderful staff at Rainbow CDJR….

Once again I contacted Ms Stacey for some major servicing on my truck.. The telephone and internet systems were down at that time. The receptionist informed me of that after I requested to talk to Ms Stacey in the Service Department.. They were nice and friendly Don't know much more, it will take time to see if the problem is fixed.
My vehicle was serviced on January 17, 2024. Immediately they began the work. Ms Stacey kept me informed of what was needed and also of the time involved. I believe this visit was the shortest wait time of all of my visits so far. Ms Stacey informed me of (major) service due items.. At that time I was unable to take care of those items.
