Die hard Dodge/Ram man. My husband contacted Ricky Boone from a referral. We have bought our last two Rams' in Hammond. However, have not been entirely pleased with the experience there but love the product. The Ram boxes have been a real focal point for my husband who utilizes them for tool boxes with his business. #1 Salesman and #1 Dealership Salesman Ricky Boone knew exactly what I was looking for when I called for a work truck for my husband. Ricky was very helpful and accommodated our needs since my husband has very little time to leave his job. Wonderful and fun experience! Ricky helped me weigh my options and helped me explore each car I had an interest in on the lot! My car was a demo so it had been used a little, the day after I bought it I took it and they gave me a full detail and a loaner to run a few errands so it wouldn’t inconvenience me.... I got just what I wanted. We went in after seeing a post on Facebook about trade ins. We got there at 5:30. Buy 7:00 we had a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. We are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased. The salesman was very nice and polite. I recommend Rainbow.
