These people waste no time. I call, they give me a date, I show up, get a loaner if needed and I'm on my way. They've always completed the work in the time frame they outlined and the repairs are done properly. Al Laity and his team are top notch.
The salesman (Mark), and finance guy were not pushy, and were polite. This was probably the least amount of anxiety I have had during a vehicle purchase. Sales staff can be clingy. There are many I have spoken too,and purchased from... where it is obvious they are just interested in the commission. There are at least half a dozen Chrysler dealerships closer to my residence.
