Service agent Jason made the appointment for us over the phone, taking us the very same day we called. He processed the paperwork ahead of our visit and took us right in upon arrival.

Easy to make an appointment, door to the shop was open when I arrived and the gentleman met me at my door as I rolled to a stop. He had me sign a form and then let me know where I could wait for the 30 minutes needed to complete the recall. Before I could really settle in with my cup of free coffee he was walking towards me letting me know my car was ready. He walked with me to where I needed to retrieve my keys and to where my car was waiting.
Quick and efficient. Staff was very friendly.
