Village Jeep in Royal Oak does an excellent job with my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan.
Service agent, Jason helped us to make the appointment at the exact day and time we needed. He processed us immediately upon arrival. Jason had our paperwork ready beforehand. Once the Wrangler underwent service, Jason came to notify us personally. He took us over to billing where the finished paperwork was already waiting. A great agent!

Really excellent service. I came in because my car's electric system went completely dead 2 days without warning. I was disappointed to learn that my car battery has a 3 year life expectancy. I'm sure the batteries in my older Chrysler products lasted a lot longer, and I believe it's due to the stress of the start/stop cycle. The only helpful thing I can think of is, my system should have warned me the battery was failing, and I would like this passed onto Stellaris/Chrysler.
