We took our Jeep Wrangler in for an appointment promptly arranged by Service Manager Kyle Mitchell. Kyle made sure we would have a great Jeep for a loaner. He had all of the paperwork already typed up and printed out for us. Kyle made sure the weather check would be thorough and comprehensive. The problem remedied, Kyle called us up immediately so we could pick up our Jeep. He explained the trouble-shooting process to both my wife and me. We really appreciate Service Manager Kyle Mitchell.

Kyle listened to our concern and then explained, in detail, the possible causations for the existing repair needs. This service manager proves both knowledgeable and professional. He even called us at home to inform the repair progress. Kyle handled paperwork and had it all ready for us during drop off and pick up.
