Very disappointing experience. We brought our Jeep in for a no-start issue and were told it needed a battery, which we paid to replace. The very next day, the low oil pressure light came on. When we brought it back, we were told it needed nearly $2,400 in repairs. When we asked for copies of the diagnostics and technician notes to understand what changed, we were told there was “no point” in providing them. Lack of transparency and poor communication. I would not recommend this service department.

In and out pretty quick! 700 to put a glass window back on its track… was over rated and way to much money! Will look elsewhere in the future for issues with my Fiat500.

The tech that changed my oil, broke a 450. 00 air cleaner part (3/10/25). Tom (service manager) calls me and explains. I was charged for a new air cleaner base (3/18/25).My car was kept for 8 days. I can not see myself returning for any further services

I tried them out twice. The first time was okay, a 3-star sale. I came back a year later to do more business, and they must have thought I would not do my homework. I used Kelley Blue Book to get the trade-in value of my vehicle and purchase another vehicle. Lo and behold, there was over ten thousand dollars in difference between the time I got the KBB Value and made it to the dealership. Absolutely the worst service I have every received. Told me it would be a week to even diagnoze my vehicle. If you complain about this dealership, watch out they are very vindictive. I would not recommend buying a car here let alone relying on them to provide quick courteous service.

Charged $1300 to tell me my misfiring FIAT 500c was broke. $1300 to tell us the same thing we had already told him but then the Service Advisor quoted an extra 10k for a fix which we declined so he said he'd tell his guy to put it back together. We arrived and BRANDEN walks with us outside and says I HOPE YOU BROUGHT A TRAILER and laughs. 4 or 5 men attempted to load it by pushing but in the end a wrecker service company had to push and lift it on the trailer because it was in about 100 pieces. I took my Jeep in due to a dragging brake and the service department completely misdiagnosed the issue. They claimed that the vehicle needed a new ABS system and were quoting $3,000 for the repair. I ended up purchasing the needed parts outside of Allen Samuels and took the vehicle to a local shop to get the work done. They took a look at the Jeep and told me that all I need is new brake hoses in the front (a $400 repair). Scheduled a oil change and found out the battery was going bad (covered under warranty)
