The experience was great and better than expected! Unfortunately, the downfall lies with the service manager: he doesn't follow up or follow through on his promises.

Raymond Mendozahas been very attentive after the sale. He has called to assure that their were no problems with the vehicle and to answer any questions. He iis an excellent representative for your dealership. 5 stars.
Very disappointing experience. We brought our Jeep in for a no-start issue and were told it needed a battery, which we paid to replace. The very next day, the low oil pressure light came on. When we brought it back, we were told it needed nearly $2,400 in repairs. When we asked for copies of the diagnostics and technician notes to understand what changed, we were told there was “no point” in providing them. Lack of transparency and poor communication. I would not recommend this service department.
