This is the 3rd car we've bought from Antioch Dodge. They have always treated me and my family very fair, and have been willing to go out of their way to do so.
Everything was fixed properly and quickly. It was also taken care of when fox lake dealership couldn't figure out what the problem was for over a month of having my truck. They also never fixed it. I'm very happy with how well everything went at antioch

Overall great service, however, recently I encountered a parts issue with a scheduled recall service. I was turned away after arriving at the scheduled time because a part was missing although I confirmed the part was in stock when I made the appointment. The check-in service associate was far from accommodating and I left annoyed. I returned a couple of hours later to complain to the service manager and Kurt saved the day.
