Antioch Ram Dealership Service Department provided excellent customer service. In particular Steve Dublin, he provided outstanding professionalism and customer service. Steve informed me right away the issues with my Ram truck and provided a loaner vehicle so the unforseen delay would not interfere with my daily activities.
