First Class This was the third vehicle I've purchased and by far the best experience from top down. The salesman, Chris, was very informative and helpful and has great people skills. The management was was first class, and see were in and out of the dealership with a new vehicle no hassle!
Second chance After writing my review yesterday, I went in and met with Chuck. We sat down and talked about some of the issues that I had. Yesterday I wrote my review before I gave them a chance, I believe in being fair. We'll see how things go in the near future.
vehicle for daughter After a vehicle that was set for my daughter fell through, we needed to find one quickly. I found one here. Spike with Chris Patterson who was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle. After a test drive we chose to purchase the vehicle. At no time was there high pressure pitch. A-1 Service from Day-1 Everyone from Kevin (who sold me my car) to Johnny Andrade (assistant service manager) has always delivered outstanding service no matter what the reason for my visit. Super knowledgeable, decent processing time With high volume dealers, the goal is always to make the sale same day. As a first time car buyer, my process was a little slower than I might've liked, but the staff knew all about the vehicle I was interested in and picked out one that best met my needs.
