Pacifica Purchase 12/23/16 Kevin Skaronea was my salesman. He was very helpful during the process and had the vehicle washed and ready for a test drive when I arrived. He showed the features of the new Pacifica and I have never been more impressed with someone's knowledge in my life. The process was efficient and I was out the door with my new car quickly. It's a car dealership so I expected the experience to be kinda xxxxty but it wasn't. It was moderately pleasant thanks to Kevin. He's the best.
Service Department I don't believe I have ever rated a service department as excellent but yours certainly is! Chris especially bends over backwards to meet and then exceed expectations. He explained everything so that I understood what was being done. Although I am not "auto savvy", he never talked down to me or made me feel inferior.
Great job The service writer Johnny was excellent the the work was done in a timely matter and they made it easy to make an appointment and they had the vehicle done when they promised and I didn't have to bicker about the bill

Dodge Grand Caravan 2016 Everyone at the dealership seemed really nice and helpful especially Chris P. the salesman. I'm not happy about receiving only one key on a 2016 van.
