The service department were both great, honest, and fair. They helped me to decide on what was best and gave me a fair value for my trade in.
I brought my renegade in for a leaking axle. The customer service was prompt and friendly and the repair was completed a day earlier than estimated.
The service department has worked very hard to get my part for my van. It has been 3 weeks, but not their fault. Sean is wonderful! He has worked so hard to help me, by connecting with my warranty company, working to get the part and to get me a rental car. At this point, I am waiting to see if the part is in and I can get my car back!!
Easily made my appointment online. Would be great if comments placed in online portal carried over, which didn’t appear to be the case, as appointment can be made weeks in advance. Good, courteous service. The shop was clean and well maintained. Work was completed quicker than initially quoted.

We were abke to fix a long standing drivetrain issue with the 2015 Jeep Cherokee. They replaced thw power transfer unit, and now thd vehicle no longer hesitates when pulling into traffic and doesn't jerk when when accelerated. The service folks were very helpful, and patiently described each step of the process.
