The customer service was very attentive. The sales man pretty much stayed with me the whole time I was there. The only down fall was that even after I signed the papers I was still there for awhile waiting for them to finish cleaning the car

Jennifer is a true value to the organization. She is friendly, courteous and professional. She kept me abreast of the repair and her estimate of the repair was on the money.
I arrived at 8:30 and was immediately greeted by a service mgr. named Jennifer. I told her what service my 2019 Ram needed and Explained one problem I was having with the Dashboard lights. Within the hour Mr Atta , a service rep introduced himself to me and told me EVERYTHING was taken care of.. That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE
We came there not under the best circumstances. We were on vacation and our car broke down and we didn't have the greatest experience with where it was towed to. Service provided is always professional with customer service at the top of the priority. Additionally unscheduled work required and service Dept handled it without any problem.
