I brought my car in to Antwerpen Rt 40 location to have it checked out because it was overheating. I only ended up having to get the water pump and thermostat replaced but I still needed a car rental during that time. I truly appreciated the service center department secretary Jennifer Brown. She made it so convenient for me by having the dealership shuttle drop me of and pick me back up when my car was ready. I appreciated her follow-up with me and her patience with all my 1000 questions.
