I used the night drop, leaving my 2014 Grand Caravan at the dealer the night before service. I didn’t have an appointment which never seems to be an issue. I was having transmission fluid and filter change. I had a coupon that wasn’t 100% clear, but Michael made sure to clarify charges with me. Got my van back quickly later that day.

Overall no real complaints with the service provided other than their appointment scheduling system. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment only to be told there is going to be a 5 hour wait?
