The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful where we were looking for a new car. They had exactly what we wanted in stock, kept the paperwork to a minimum and accurately explained everything. In addition, their automated extension of the engine warranty without additional cost was a bonus. Of course, the car manufacturer’s 0% interest was a real money saver.

My sales person, Sang was helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car.
The service department took my car for a regular maintenance and recommended recall service. They did not communicate with me about the service time until five days later. My car was at the shop for five days, I had to called the shop to get information about my vehicle. No one called me about my car. Everything involving the car was great. Steve greater me nicely and kept me informed, via text, about my car. However, the cashier was terribly rude and didn’t give me the key. When I realized it wasn’t in the car, and went back in, she had put it in the shelf and didn’t say a word to me. Thank goodness Steve’s excellent customer service made up for what she lacked.
Awesome service. Everyone was friendly and very helpful with the purchase of my new car. Jasmine gave me excellent advice on what warranty to purchase and Tiara did a great job preparing the car since it had just arrived on the delivery truck. Jerry was a great salesman, he took his time to answer all my questions, The financing went smoothly, and he was a great help as well. I skipped the home delivery question because I was blessed to select the car right off the delivery truck.
