New to the area and took the car into the service department for the first time. Wendy worked with me to get information about the referring problem, and was open about the high cost of repair for an optional feature. Additional necessary repairs were recommended soon. I did not feel pressured or that the additional maintenance were an unnecessary attempt for business (as I have in other service shops). All people I interacted with were polite and professional. Trevor, the person who sold me the car recognized me and stood up to greet me. He asked how I was, etc. He asked if I wanted something to drink. Wendy, the person who checks cars in answered all my questions and reexplained if I didn't understand. My last visit was great. The people were very courteous and professional. I was offered a courtesy ride within a 10 mile radius of the dealership which was beneficial. Overall, great customer service.
