I have always had great dealings with the Service department. This interaction was exceptional as I was calling to make an appointment and usually they are always booked up however, she said if I could get in right away, I could have the appointment. It worked out perfectly! Also, they are always professional, as well as warm and friendly.
Chuck was fantastic. Very helpful and kept me informed. He explained what was done and status of other items.

1 of the 2 recalls was taken care of and the dealership was way better than the one in Parkville, MD. That aside, I wish I was informed when I dropped off the car the 1st time (b4 leaving) that the needed parts had to be ordered. It cost me money (rental car + Uber) & time.
