"They corrected their mistake and made good on it" The folks at this dealership are honest and friendly. We bought our Jeep Patriot there in November. For one, we told them what we wanted to pay per month, and they were able to crunch the numbers and work out a lease-to-buy deal that had us paying exactly what we wanted (a little less!) for the car we wanted. "Great dealership" Leased a car there 4 months ago. Really happy with everyone that we have dealt with. Although there were a few bumps they really listened and fixed our issue. Love love my grand cherokee and would recommend them to anyone. On the market for a lease or purchase.
"Above and Beyond" I live an hour and half away on Long Island and it was worth the trip. After trying to deal with my not so friendly dealers on the Island I came a cross Arroway. Right from the start they treated me with respect and wanted to earn my business. After a few dealings with Lou on the phone it was time to take the ride.
