Disappointed. Gave them a second chance after they misinformed me about a car I was buying. Then I picked up the car they handed me the keys NO instructions. Here’s your car. Had and issue driving home had to go back. A mechanic came out for a ride with me. He was terrific. I don’t think I have ever felt so ignored? I handed them a check for the full amount of the vehicle and it was see you later. I have never gotten a follow up call. Absolutely nothing!!!! 2023 grand Cherokee with 2 bad batteries. Service dept rep Kim had an attitude, condescending, very passive aggressive. Told it would take hours to diagnose the issue and it took a day and a half to change a battery. Someone stole the ring off my key and my sunroof was opened by someone and left open while it was raining. They also never called me to let me know my car was ready to pick up even though they claim they did. Never utilizing this service department again.

I was very disappointed with the professionalism from this dealership. I brought in my truck which I purchased from that dealership five years prior with engine trouble and front end trouble. They said that they could fix the truck, but they needed some parts and that they had to diagnose the engine problem. Not good. They didn’t do job they promised to do order new tires for Jeep said it would be done by 12 pm the next day . And at 4 pm when I showed to pick up Jeep job wasn’t done . No call nothing. Tires were in stock they didn’t have to order them And on scheduled service they put down the work that they didn’t do . That they said they did ..

Made an appointment, left my car and was never contacted about the status. Went to the dealership and was told that I needed additional repairs like brakes when there was only 2,000 miles on the brakes. Had to go to the dealer 3 times for updates which there were none.
