Quick easy process. Was able to communicate out the door price quickly. When I got to dealership, quick overview of the vehicle, test drive, review of trade in(all in 15 minutes) paperwork took about 15 minutes. 30 minutes or less and I was out the door! Second vehicle purchased here and I will definitely look at doing so again.

This was my second car purchase this year from Bettenhausen. Mike Kass was my sales associate on both occasions. I like the no haggle honest approach to selling cars. I never leave the dealership thinking I was ripped off. No pressure to buy a ton of add ons like warranties, paint protection etc. They offer them but if you say no they move right on.
