I went in without an appointment for tire repair. I was advised initially if the possible wait time, however, was never discouraged from staying or told that an appointment was MANDATORY, as had been done ate another dealership. My tire was repaired free of charge. Also, after my Jeep’s service was completed, I was able to get some assistance on operating my Jeep’s navigation system from my original salesperson, Scott A. changed my oil. service a little slower than usual because of the other local dealers mechanics are on strike so a lot of unexpected traffic is coming in.
