Everything was perfect except that there was no rack for my tire rotation that I had a prepaid package for and now I can’t make an online appointment anywhere for just a tire rotation

Mr. Dean Siensa did an awesome job helping us evaluate the water-damaged key fob and get a replacement for it. We had driven over 1 hour from Indiana and appreciated the time out from driving our 2019 Dodge Challenger by checking out the new showroom models followed by drinks/snacks/movies in the waiting area. I had a scheduled oil change / tire rotation appoint scheduled. The service as promised was lest than one hour. This service also included a carwash. Service was great.
