Jamie went above and beyond when working to get us our Pacifica that we special ordered. Due to the microchip shortage it took longer than expected for Chrysler to manufacture the car, but Jamie updated us along the way and involved upper management to help expedite the process. She was easy to work with and very transparent throughout the whole process. We are very pleased with our experience at Bettenhausen thanks to Jamie!
