We bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5 years ago and recently an accident which was going to have to replace the engine and major work. We had it towed to Bettenhausen and Dean in Service was the best. Professional courteous and very honest and forthcoming about the work and expected return of the vehicle. Dean dealt with State Farm and took are of business. When my wife is ready to trade her baby in we will be going back. Highly recommend

Always pleasant, courteous, and though. Got everything done in one visit. Waiting room has good root beer, and browsing the new vehicles in the showroom is one of my favorite things to do.

The staff at Bettenhausen is the best. From the salespeople to the porters, everyone is friendly and helpful. Jamie is an awesome salesperson and she treats her customers like family. There is no haggling over prices and they truly put the customer first. I do all my car purchasing at Bettenhausen.
