Michael Kass was amazing throughout the process. COVID has define disrupted the availability of new vehicles but Mike made the process easy and painless. He was able to help me purchase the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted with the options I wanted. I never felt pushed or forced to make a decision. During the long wait for the vehicle to arrive he provided routine updates on the status of the vehicle and what to expect. Every time I go in, whether it be for an oil change or to buy a new car, I'm met with a smiling face and the BEST customer service around. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, for the best price. I went into the dealership with an oil change coupon from Jeep and she showed me Bettenhausen's oil change packages instead, which ended up saving me a ton of money since I needed my tires rotated as well. 10/10 will always go back!
