The service was done promptly. The service attendant Dean S, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was thorough and saw that everything was attended. Another service attendant, Chris, was also helpful and thorough. The usual service manage that I have worked with is longer at Bettenhausen. He was always helpful and thorough. I was concerned that the service might not be as good as it previously was , but both Dean and Chris proved me wrong. They were both excellent to work with.

Kyle in service did a great job keeping me informed of the progress being made on the Jeep repairs. They also took care of a recall on the Jeep that i was not aware of.
