I live closer to Jack Phelan in Countryside and I would rather drive all the way to Bettenhausen for any kind service. The service team is absolutely amazing and I would never go back to Jack Phelan.

Danielle my sales lady was great. Found a vehicle in my price range , was polite we had a emergency in greenbay a family member was hospitalized, our truck was not ready . She let us use a loaner to get my wife up to the hospital . To say goodbye to her brother who passed away we are grateful to Daniel for being there when we needed her .

The service staff and the service is exceptional. They are professional. They explain the process in detail, and follow through. They even give me a heads up on some repairs that may need attention soon. I only go to Bettenhousen for my car maintenance and repairs.
