Sudden issue arose. I called Kyle and he told me to bring it right in. Wasn't sure how long it might take with the mechanic strike on going. The problem was dealt with swiftly and we we're able to take our vehicle home that night.

As always I received top quality service from Bettenhausen. I had to have my truck towed in for a problem in the front axle. Dean, my service advisor, got me checked in quickly and kept in constant contact throughout the process. Updating me as the truck was inspected and giving me reasonable time frames on how long getting parts and the repair would take.
