Cell Phone Paring It was necessary to add my wife's cell phone to the system. Tenita Jackson was prompt and efficient in getting the phone synched. She was most pleasant and cheerful. She's a definite asset to the Bettenhausen group
Great experience why did I wait so long!!! Owned a 2006 PT Cruiser hated the thought of buying a new car. Tom Pandell was great!! Called and talked to him before coming in,told him what i was looking for. When I arrived he had a car ready for me to test drive. Everything i asked for. He really listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me a more expensive car. Start to finish I was there 2 hours and walked out with my dream car. Best dealership experience ever My overall experience at Bettenhausen was outstanding. This was largely due to the fact that we had an exceptional sales rep, Jamie Kwak. She made our experience pleasant due to her friendliness and knowledge of the business. Any question we had asked, she had a very informative answer. Amazing service, goes above and beyond 4 years after I bought my first wrangler from Ryan I reached out to him again. After looking far and wide the dealership that had the jeep I wanted refused to trade it to bettenhausen, He was a great person to work with and I ended up going back to order my perfect jeep.
