No Pressure Jamie, the sales person I bought the car from, was very knowledgeable about all the cars they sold at the dealership and helped pick out the right one for me. I really liked the no haggle approach they use here, it just makes it a much easier & pleasant experience. Best part was I never felt over pressured into buying anything, she just made sure I was well informed before making any decision. When the time comes for another car I will be visiting Bettenhausen again.

Best experience buying a car in my life This was the best car buying experience of my life. I went into the dealership, told Scott FitzGibbon what I was looking for, test drove two cars, went home. Phoned the next day, told him the car I wanted, went back that evening, signed papers and drove my new car home. Excellent service department I set an appointment up with Lindsay for an oil change and the service was performed in a timely matter. I will continue to have my vechile serviced at the jeep ram store.
"A place where everyone makes you feel at home" Looking for a new vehicle, I decided to go to Bettenhausen. I have heard great things about them. From the time we walked into the door until we drove off in our new jeep, we felt like family. Everyone was very helpful and willing to answer any questions even though they were very busy. Fantastic Experience! We visited their Jeep dealership in Orland Park to begin our search for a Jeep. We knew we wanted one - someday, but had never even test drove one.
