Great customer service We were greated by Charles when we arrived at the lot he explained all the vans they had available for sale. He helped us find the van we wanted and offered a test drive and.left us on our own to decide without being pushy to make us buy a car. Great Experience/ No BS Good experience at Bettenhausen Dodge. I worked with Scott Fitzgibbon. It was a very cut and dry experience. This prices shown online are the actual prices. No hidden bs like rebates you don’t qualify for. None of the back and forth “let me talk to my manager and see what I can do.” As far as time spent getting it done, it was relatively quick.
