Perfect Went to look at a particular vehicle. They didn't have it on site so they requested one be brought the the dealership for me to look at. While I was waiting I looked around and found something else. Joe Ruiz was our sales person he went over everything and handed me the key to take it for a test drive. By the time the other vehicle was brought over I was already sold on the Rebel pick up truck. It was a great experience. The whole buying experience was enjoyable. Jamie was so helpful, explaining everything to me along the way. It was actually fun. I would recommend her to everyone. She was knowledgeable about the vehicles and my financing options. She truly seemed to care about making me happy with my decisions. She answered all my questions, was never pushy, just simply presented all my options and let me decide. I really enjoyed the whole experience at Bettenhausen and I'm happy that I chose this dealership.
Excellent experience My sales person Charles was excellent. He handled everything professionally well. I didn't have to go in and sit forever. I was in and out. He took all my info and took care of the business via email and call. I recommend this dealership to go to.
