Excellent I made my first new vehicle purchase at Bettenhausen with Ashley Campbell and it was a very positive experience. I had heard horror stories of working with other dealerships who make you feel uncomfortable and try and push you to buy a purchase. This was not at all the case with my experience. Best Car Buying Experience Ever My new Ram truck was the 5th vehicle that I've purchased from Bettenhausen and the 2nd time I've worked with Sonata. Sonata and Eric are examples of the way all dealerships should treat their customers. No haggling, no back and forth to the managers office wasting your time and trying to wear you down. Most enjoyable car purchase. I went to look at Wranglers. Not sure about purchasing. I was introduced to Mike and he sat with me for an hour answering my questions. I test drove a Wrangler, then left without making a decision. I was so impressed with him that we returned a week later and my husband bought a Wrangler Unlimited.
