He Never Stopped Working I went to Bettenhausen on May 20th to get a vehicle. I was four days fresh out of a bankruptcy discharge, and I willfully surrendered my car.. so I was carless. I went in, and Mike Kass assisted me, due to the bankruptcy there were no banks that would take a chance on me, so after a couple of hours, I left the dealership defeated. Great Experience! This was the best car buying experience I have had in years! Ashley was fantastic from the second I walked thru the door. I loved the no hassle car buying experience. I told her what I wanted/needed, she said she would see what she could come up with, and I left with a brand new car. She knows her products and is a pleasure to work with. Great Experience at Bettenhausen! This was by far the best experience I've ever had when shopping for a new car. From their test drive philosophy/approach of letting me take the drive alone (without a salesman in the passenger seat telling me to turn right every few blocks) to the end process of doing all my paperwork with the same person (not getting shoved into the office of the numbers/finance guy).
