Great Customer Service! My family & I went to Bettenhausen about a year ago, just browsing for Jeeps. We were immediately greeted by Jerome, he was pleasant, informative and easy going. He encouraged me to test drive the vehicle for as long as we needed to. We left without purchasing a vehicle, but I stated, "If I actually decide to purchase a Jeep, I'll be sure to come back and ask for you." Amazing! Jamie is amazing! She made me feel comfortable, especially since this was my first car purchase. She respected my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. I trusted her immediately and she made this process easier than I've hoped for. I went to a couple of dealerships and they did not greeted me warmly and respected my needs.
