Very pleasing dealership Joe assisted me every step he was kind and explained everything I needed to know about trading in my vehicle and getting a new one. He had patience because my 2 yr old was running all over and he kept saying no problem take your time lol and I was glad he understood!

Happy Girl!! I had such a good time at Bettenhausen, if that makes sense! Jerome was knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He was down to earth and real. I didn't feel like I was at a car dealership. It was a nice change. Cody explained every detail of my vehicle to me in detail. It was a great experience!
Decent Experience! In the past, my experiences with Auto dealerships have been hesitant at best. I needed or wanted a new or used vehicle but didn't want to spend an entire day haggling over price; so exhausting. This shop made me feel as though I wasn't under pressure to purchase regardless of how much time or questions I asked of the salesman who immediately greeted me when I entered the lot.

Quick Friendly Service No pressure sales and no games at Bettenhousen. Erubiel was friendly and willing to put up with my constant requests to run numbers on vehicles. Thanks to my wife saying "NO!" to a rear wheel drive Charger I upgraded to the AWD Challenger and got more of a car than I intended... Thanks Wifey! 😁 When I'm ready to buy again I will be returning to Bettenhousen.
